No collection of Star Wars bobbleheads is complete without the Mandalorian and Grogu. On May 20th, this Funko Pop! collector's item flew to the stratosphere onboard an Earth to Sky Calculus cosmic ray research balloon. At the apex of the flight, it floated 17,454 feet above Earth's surface. After the balloon popped (as planned), the payload parachuted back to Earth, landing near the base of Mount Tom, a 13,700 ft peak near Bishop, California. The two bounty hunters had a wild ride, and the students got great data for their cosmic ray monitoring program.
