This pendant has touched space. On Aug. 26, 2022, the students of Earth to Sky Calculus launched it onboard a cosmic ray research balloon, which flew 107,400 feet high, above 99.5% of Earth's atmosphere.
 
The pendant's rose quartz heart is wrapped in a sterling silver sunflower filigree suspended from a matching 16-inch chain. Also included is a greeting card showing the pendant in flight and telling the story of its trip to the edge of space.
